We were very pleased with our two night stay at Alto Andino. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast offered many choices and was delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect. All staff we encountered were excellent but Angie was especially knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

From the moment I arrived in the lobby, the Alto Andino exceeded my expectations. The front desk is staffed by friendly and helpful people. Angie and Brisa welcomed me each day and made me feel at home, and they connected me to a great car rental company (Voy). The hotel is located near a spectacular restaurant name Generals Ramos and also you can easily walk to the main docks for tours.

My stay was very lovely. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The view from the breakfast area on the 4th floor was amazing, as was the breakfast. Thank you for the great stay!

The hotel was amazing and very spacious and comfortable. Our room was more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. Service was great, breakfast was very good and so plentiful. Location was walking distance to the port and downtown.

In general it’s a great experience. One minor issue is the roof. When it’s raining, the sound of the rain hitting on the roof is so annoying. Hope the texture of the roof could get better.

What a great little hotel! I’m glad I didn’t listen to some of the bad reviews because I thought the hotel, the staff and the amenities were wonderful! After a very long day of travel I was greeted with a huge smile and kind words. I love the keyless entry, the top floor has spectacular sunset views, snacks, coffee and water and I thought the breakfast was fantastic (again with great views of the port and mountains). I had a bottom floor room and I loved it. I was very grateful for the blackout curtains as the suns comes up around 4:30am in the summer and the spa tub was also a lovely surprise! The bed was extremely comfortable too. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were here for 3 nights, then on a ship for 19 nights without any connectivity, and now we are back at the Alto Andino again, finally on Wifi!! What a great friendly and extremely helpful staff, especially as I do not speak any Spanish. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the service really shines! Even email queries before arriving were always replied to promptly and completely. Oh, the free breakfast is a nice touch, only wish they had a restaurant too.

We shared a garden view room. The accommodations were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast provides a number of choices. The view of the mountains and the Channel are wonderful from the breakfast room. The staff was friendly, and very helpful in making recommendations for restaurants, and activities.

Great service, especially with helping me reserve my three (3) tours. Great selection of breakfast. Clean rooms. Great views from the tower. Thank you for the free hotel shuttle.

Best hotel I stay in Argentina. Clean and comfortable

Amazing hotel and staff. Excellent location. Amazing rooms and decor. No complaints at all with bed or the toileteris. The best location of the hotel is the breakfast area where you can have amazing view of the city and the Chilean mountain range and the Beagal Channel. Lot of food options for breakfast including ones for vegeterians like me!
